Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. Seller and acceptance
Sports Intelligence Africa ("SIA", "we", "us") provides this website, sports intelligence articles, country profiles, research reports, digital downloads and membership services. You contract with Sports Intelligence Africa for access to and use of these services under these terms. By accessing or continuing to use the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the services. You must be of legal age to enter a contract or have the necessary consent, and have authority to bind any organisation on whose behalf you act. Purchases through Paddle are also subject to its Buyer Terms.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account and contact information and keep it up to date. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us through our contact page if you suspect unauthorised access. Access to restricted publications depends on your membership level or the report or bundle purchased. Free downloads may require contact details and email verification. Membership does not grant access to content outside your selected plan.
3. Licence and intellectual property
Sports Intelligence Africa retains ownership of its service, software, documentation, branding and original content, subject to rights held by third parties. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the service and use eligible publications for your personal or internal organisational purposes within your selected plan or purchase. Do not redistribute, resell, publicly reproduce, reverse engineer or circumvent access limits without our written permission. You retain rights in information you submit and permit us to process it only as necessary to provide the service.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use the service unlawfully; commit fraud; send spam; impersonate others; infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights; upload malware; interfere with security or service availability; probe systems without authorisation; scrape or harvest content or personal data; or bypass subscription, payment or download restrictions. You are responsible for having rights to material you submit. Report suspected infringement or misuse through our contact page.
5. Payments, subscriptions and Paddle
Reports and bundles are digital purchases; subscriptions provide access for the plan and billing period shown at checkout. The checkout identifies the price, currency, applicable taxes, billing frequency and any automatic renewal before you confirm payment. Payment, billing, tax, subscription renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Cancel a subscription through the billing management option in your account or contact Paddle at paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals in accordance with those terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Research and service availability
Our information is for general and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You are responsible for your decisions and for independently checking information before relying on it. Data and AI-assisted research may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate and must not replace regulated professional advice or human oversight. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free performance, or particular investment or commercial outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations, including infringement. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent security or unlawful conduct may require immediate action. When access ends, your permission to access restricted services ends. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Notice. Termination does not remove refund or other rights required by applicable law or Paddle's Buyer Terms.
8. Liability and changes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or reliance on our research, including loss of profits, opportunities or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms and will publish the revised date and give appropriate notice of material changes. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
9. Contact
For service questions, rights-holder complaints or questions about these terms, contact Sports Intelligence Africa through our contact page. For payment and refund enquiries, contact Paddle at paddle.net.
